Hi to everybody,
I suffer of chronic unipolar depression (dystymie?) with predominant negative simphtoms (anergie, aphatie, anedonie...)and i wonder if a combo of a stimulant ssri (like Prozac that i currently take) and amisulpride (activant neuroleptic at low dosage) could work better than they alone.
Any experience about SSRI and Amisulpride combo to share?
Thanx for your help!
Eve

Hello Eve,
I used amisulpride in the past and it made me a little more talkative starting by day 10.
Currently... I started taking amisulpride 50mg for 12 days before adding prozac 20mg. On days 25 through 30 on this combo, I felt pretty good, almost like I could start making a life for myself. Then the "pretty good" feeling went away. I am still taking this combo and its been 60 days. Hope this helps.
