What is SD? From what I have read and heard in the past, Effexor and Wellbutrin are both very effective both by themselves and in combination. Does Effexor make you tired? If so, the Wellbutrin should help to counteract the tiredness.

I added Effexor to Wellbutrin about two months ago. It's a wonderful combination for me. I'm reasonably relaxed, social, happy, and able to deal with the problems that life inevitably presents. I had to add Ativan .5 mg at bedtime to counteract the insomnia that Effexor gave me. I take 150 mg of Wellbutrin SR twice a day and 150 mg of Effexor XR once a day.
