I had to wake up at 7 today to make an appointment at the hospital's psychology assessment center for an all-day ADHD testing. I went to sleep at 2. Never, ever take IQ tests on 5 hours of sleep! I really tried hard going to sleep, but it was hard.
Anyway, I just awoke from a 2 1/2 hour nap and feel fantastic. I wish I felt this way all the time, I'd do anything. I was thinking of Xyrem to use at nighttime for restorative sleep, maybe it would give me this rare "I'm super restored" feeling I rarely get. Now that I'm on Klonopin, I'm even worse when I wake up even after 10 hours of sleep.
Xyrem's used for narcoleptics, and it's thought that it works by making sleep more restorative.
This is the end of the thread.
