Can I just stop taking Effexor (only taken the start up pack - 2 weeks), and restart Lexapro? I've had a constant headache and just feel like crap, tired, sleepy, lazy, etc. on the Effexor. Don't want to take it anymore. Is it safe to restart Lex today? I took my last Effexor yesterday.

My GUESS and it's only a GUESS, is that you probably can do what you mentioned. HOWEVER, please call your pdoc to find out for sure. Do not do it until you consult with your pdoc or a pharmacist if you want to do it this weekend.
