can anyone tell me if eating too much salt has an effect of bloating on our meds. I mean, I know too much salt is not good for water retention, especially in women but I have drank 8 cups of water today, I had sushi with dinner(soy sauce) and my fingers are all bloated.
Has this happened to anyone, especially with anyne who is on meds (ixnay the soy sauce thing)

Remeron is causing about 8 pounds of water weight in me. It doesn't budge regardless of how much I watch the salt intake or increase my water. I went to the healthfood store and was recommended an herbal diuretic and dandelion tea. I'll let ya know if I have any luck with them.
