Most of the fish oil capsules I have come across contain about 300mg of EPA and DHA.( Not total weight of capsule). In order to get 5-10 grams you would have to take an awful lot of capsules. Does anyone know of a high quality pill or liquid that has a higher dose of EPA and DHA per capsule so as to minimize the number you would have to take?

"Mega TwinEPA", a TwinLab product, contains 600 mg of EPA and 240 mg of DHA per capsule.

Look at the iherb site (not sure off the top of my head, maybe www.iherb.com?). There is a liquid that they sell that has a WHOPPING amount of both EPA and DHA in each teaspoon! I've been taking it for a month or so...1 tspn is equal to a handful of capsules.

Yes, despite being VERY skeptical at first, it HAS helped. It has helped even out my moods, has helped with anger/irritability and has improved my concentration.
Take it daily and give it plenty of time before it builds up enough in the body to work (VARIES FOR DIFFERENT PEOPLE).
