I've heard the orange flavored disintegrating tablets taste great. I'd love to get my hands on the ones that sampled to doctors that didn't get the drug in them. I love orange flavored things.

Unfortunately, I don't have depression, so I can't get a prescription for these things. I'm on Effexor XR for anxiety. It isn't disintegrating, and has an odd waxy coating to it.

All that medication did for me was make me sleep too much, and gain wieght. But others have found it effective. If you type "remeron" into the psychobabble search engine you can find a lot of different experiences from people who have been on this drug. Good luck to you.

I had a good response to remeron about a year and a half ago. It has since kind of pooped out. It was added to my mix at 30mg. I was already taking imipramine 300mg day. As far as I know it's as good an AD as any of the others and worth trying, especially if you have anxiety or trouble sleeping. At doses of 30mg or less remeron is quite sedating.
Its a good drug to try, especially if you've had less than adequate responses to SSRIs, since it acts in a completely different way.

Feel better,

Britt
