I have one bottle each of Paxil and Serzone that are about 15 months old. Are they still okay to use or should I throw them away?

Throw them away, Roman. The rule of thumb is medications expire one year after the fill date.

Yeah, generally they expire after a year. Sonata expires sooner; the expiration date on the bottle is usually about 9 months!
My husband thinks it's all a conspiracy to make drug companies richer!
I think (Cam, you there? Help out!) meds usually become ineffective, rather than dangerous. That is, they become impotent. (Hmmm. That's another whole discussion.)
