I just started Effexor X R yesterday. What kind of Sexaul disfunctions can I expect and when do they start if any.

I can only tell you my experience, everyone is different.
I've heard some people say they didn't have any sexual
dysfunction with effexor. Unfortunately, I experienced
it even when the dose was as low as 33.7....it felt about
the same as the SSRI's...I could still have an orgasm, but it
was more more work and less intense. With me, the effect happened
pretty much the first day I started it. Hope you have
better luck.

I am female, and even on a dose as low as 25 mg I could NOT orgasm at all.
However, my libido was unaffected (unlike on the SSRIs which KILLED my libido).
