Hi,
I've been taking OmegaBrite omega3s and it says I should take vitamin C and E daily. My question is how much of these vitamins should I take? Anyone know?
Thanks,
Jon

A reasonable dose of Vit. C would be 1,000mg and in the case of Vit E perhaps 800 Units. Some would take a multivitamin too.For those on Eskimo 3 extra vitamins may not be needed in the opinion of some people.

Thanks for the reply, Ed. If I also take the multi-vitamin, should I adjust the dose of C & E accordingly?

In a multivitamin tablet the amount of each individual vitamin will be modest and adjustment to Vit C and E doses are probably not necessary
