I'm taking 100Mg of Zoloft and have experienced delayed ejaculation. Viagra (50mg) does seem to shorten the delay time, but not appreciably. However, my level of sensation seems to be about the same as it was 'pre-Z'...

Yes, and it definately helps me. I recommend it to anyone not taking nitrates. Have your doc give you a sample box. It's a big box with 3 pills. They are tight with Viagra. I'm also taking a time released Ginkgo Biloba from Twin Labs. Everything is working better, not perfect, but good.
I take 50 mg an hour before it's time to feed the sheep. whoops!

Oona -- look at my post of 6/4/02 for my experience as a first-time female Viagra user. (Will try again this weekend and report!)

Phil--had to thank you for giving me a big belly
laugh this morning! (Feed the sheeps..ha ha) :-D

I tried viagra a couple of times (I'm a woman) and
wasn't that impressed. I can't remember how much I
took, just one little blue pill...Like the previous
poster, I could have an orgasm (which isn't really
the problem), but it didn't increase sensation (which
is the main problem)...also this is weird...but I know
it was the viagra b/c it happened every time--it's
like my sinuses got swollen up making it hard to breathe--
maybe the increased blood flow? I don't know, but I didn't
like it!

LOL!
BTW, I get the 100's and split them in half. Pharmacist and MD say it's OK, and it costs half as much!

I know people get a stuffy nose with bromocriptine after an orgrasm but I don't think bromo and viagra are at all alike...

Zoloft has been known to delay ejaculation but viagra just helps give you an erection it has nothing to do with delaying the ejaculation, try asking this question at this forum http://www.edguider.com/forum/ its all about viagra and premature ejaculation.

Cheers

Cialis makes more sense, from an economic perspective... in that they both are pricey, and one lasts longer...

I believe it's Q4 of '08 that Viagra goes generic... whenever that is... not sure why it's taken so long to go generic, either. thing is as old as Bob Dole it seems.

surprised I haven't seen Viagra XR ads or something like that yet...

anyhow, one of the delightful perks of remission from depression/anxiety: you get to not have to take this stuff. takes months of being off it for body to adjust, but nice. I'm in early 20's. I get weird looks from pharmacist when I filled it haha

It's worth the $45 for Minami Nutrition's PlusEPA Omega-3 fish oil I buy @ Whole Foods...

I know it's pricey, but I've taken 12 of those CVS brand things each morning for a few years before switching to these, and felt no difference...

and all I have to say is, I sleep right, and feel a lot less of a "lull" during day... I think it's worth it. It binds to the brain better, the Whole Foods guy said...

and he really knew his research, too. It's the brand the studies typically use (they seem to give the stuff to the docs for free).

Yes, it gave me palpitations and flushed my cheeks. Down below no such pleasure...

Just my 2 cents!
