Seratonin/dopamine connection

This is complicated here. Say if one has excess dopamine being releases, will this effect seratonin levels, or lower seratonin? Its seems when i feel excess dopamine, i get angry adjitated, etc.

How do you know for sure that it is an elevated dopamine level that is triggering (either directly or indirectly) the anger and agitation? Are you convinced that it is not a GABA-A issue? I'm just curious.
