ok seems to me that psycho babble is also talk therapy, and you all come here to talk (even tho its ony to each other) about the same things you would talk to a therapist about, so suck it up and stop being a "i wont..." type. i find great comfort in talk talk talking and if we didnt we wouldnt be on meds at all, cause noone would know that anythig is going on in our brains in the first place. and for old school, you participate in talk therapy every time you post :) and it seems you have no problem with this

I have found whining on the net to be very
therapeutic; i think it has done me a lot
of good, thanks to many caring people who
are willing to exchange their concerns and
swap stories; i confess though, that the alt.
groups make me feel a bit more shielded from
public exposure. I think that Dr. Bob's is
more accessible to the public eye. I may be
wrong about this.Anyway, I have gained quite a bit more self
awareness and confidence by talking to people
on the net, which is great.Squiggles

that post was in response to a post in "social babble" but thnx for the response, i agree about this form...i just found it about a week ago and i have an addiction already!
