Hey Reb,
It is very important to try and take the drug
at the same time every day. I am on effexor 150mg xr and noticed if I waited two to three hours later than I normally took it, I would start
feeling irritable and depressed. It does take
a few weeks on 150 to start feeling antidepressant
effects. If you have been a long time sufferer,
you might even need higher dosage than 150. My opinion is to stick with it....be very consistent,
don't skip days, take it as close to the same time
every day as possible and see what happens. Non-compliance is such a huge barrier to getting well. I should know, been there-done that and it
was not a good thing. Good luck.
