Anyone read "Potatoes not Prozac" by DesMaisons? It starts well but then I got to a bit I know something about (I'm diabetic) and there was a great splash of misinformation. Safe to assume then that there are other mistakes elsewhere. Why are there so many ridiculous books on diet and mental health? Also does anyone know of a book by John Marks or who he is?
