Ok, the condensed version :) :
Has anyone found success switching from Adderall to Concerta? For me, Adderall has long since ceased its efficacious manifests, and so now I am wondering if Concerta may alleviate my perpetual fog.

Did you experience any other symptoms,
such as insomnia, or increased depression,
when the Adderall
seemed to have lost its effect?
How much Adderall were you taking?
I had some success (at least six months)
switching from 50-60 mg of Adderall
per day to 25-35 mg/day of Desoxyn.

Possibly increased depression, whether that is pharmacological or not, however, seems difficult to ascertain. 30 mg/day divided over two sessions. Above 15mg/session (which, incedentally, was not approved by my pdoc), I became to much of a zombie to hope the adderall could mitigate my inattention. No, 15mg seems to be the magic dose (for awhile). Thanks for the Desoxyn info as well. I must say, it's nice to find another patient who is better educated than I in the treatment of this painful malady.
