Vacation was a blast! Didn't have a single anxiety attack while I was gone, this definetly (sp?) means something......
Went to Mt Nebo, just west of the town of Nephi. They have an area WAY up in the mountains called Devil's Kitchen, looks just like a miniature Grand Canyon! Met almost all of my wife's side of the family, she has more relatives than Carter has pills. I think it's a Utah thing, no offense to any Utahns out there. Got a major sunburn, but it was worth it. Got pictures of lots of deer and a black bear (from a distance of course...). This vacation was just what the doctor ordered! Next year is Hawaii...
I see from some prior posts it's been business as usual around here. How's everybody doing? I sure missed you all!
Sure will be glad to be sleeping in my own bed tonight.....

I am so glad for you that your vacation was excellent, that is awesome!!!!
If you have tina's email..which I think you do...you should email her and see if she is okay, read some of her recent posts, they are pretty sad. Read mine too if you want to know whats been up with me..its been a rough ride!!

glad you had a good time and glad you're back. I'm doing very well, not quite perfect (as in completely depression free), but active and healthy.
Hawaii is one of my favourite holiday places in the world. I bet you'll love it.
