Greetings everyone!Thought title would get attention! Doing a little surfing,read a few previous postings on 5-HTP. How goes stuff for depression, anxiety and a little touch of OCD? Anybody out there sucess? What brand are best? How about safety issue? I is really needing something for axiety Hopes to hear from someoie! Happiness Starlyte

If your symptoms are mild, try a little. If a little won't do, try more and more up to,I, think it was 200mgs. If your symptoms are more moderate its a no go. Get a brand thats enteric coated to prevent stomach upset.
