Asperger's and Meds

I'm a child clinical psych in Hong Kong. I have a 12 year old patient with a diagnosis of Asperger's. Currently on Prozac 20mg 1x per day and Sulpiridide 2x50mg in the evening.

He's been on the above for some time. Recently really decompensting. He's a mess and going downhill fast. Some psychotic symptoms. The Physicians in my practice have little experience with Aspergers. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
