Looking for a good source of information on what major changes are expected in the upcoming relase of the DSM V and expected release date.

Well, an Excite search on DSM-V brings up a lot of interesting stuff about auto clubs and chemical companies ....

Sniffing around at the American Psychiactric Association site (the publishers of the DSM), there was nothing doing at all. They even have a search engine for their site -- no hits for DSM-V.

Don't even TRY looking at their publishing arm's site! Gahdawful web design that hasn't been updated since 1998! aCk! 8*P [www.appi.org]

In case I forget to post it in a more appropriate place, folks with social anxiety might want to go to www.psych.org, scroll down the main page and look for the link for info on the topic. SmithKline/Beecham or whoever they are gave an unrestricted grant to fund that part of the site, so besides saying what you can take for it there *is* quite a bit more info as well.

Cheers,
Bob

Hello>>>;_)
I have yet to see anything about a DSM V. I hear a lot of talk, but can not find anything on the net about a DSM V? Am I blind? Do I need surfing lessons?
