Paxil for ADD w/ "Hyperactive Mind"

I have a hyperactive mind along with a very NON-hyperactive body. Anyone have experience being treated for these types of ADD symptoms w/ Paxil? It was just recommended to me but I want to do some f/u.

FYI -- I'm lucky not to have depression, anxiety, etc. -- but have common ADD symptoms, especially in terms of task completion, follow through, motivation, inconsistent energy level, etc. I constantly start things without finishing them; have a hard time w/ organization.

Haven't responded that well to traditional stimulants. Some impovement in certain areas, but not in what I noted in the previous paragraph. Wellbutrin doesn't seem to have helped much either.

Any comments or suggestions would be appreciated!
