Can anyone help? My cousin (a nurse) gave me some soma
tablets for my sore back....Are these categorized as a
controlled substance? I worry because I keep some in a
baggie in my glove compartment. They do not contain codeine.

Soma, at least in california..is not yet considered a controlled substance.
It likely will be eventually though.

Soma comes in 2 forms by itself and with codine
