I'm am unsure what is wrong with my country, but 'the uploader has may this video unavailable in your country' !

Now I don't think this song was ever popular in America, but it was very popular over here (1987/1988). Love changes everything - by Climie Fisher. It's brilliant. I especially like the chorus 'Love makes you fly, it can break your wings'.

When I was 12 that was the music on the radio at the beach.

I like the organisation in this.....

But you might be a Dusty Springfield kind of guy; all the best people are.

It reminds me of once in Brisbane of all places, at the top of a building someone had painted in very large letters

EMBRACE THE ABJECT

and for a short while I was very proud of my country.

I am always surprised by how little we change. I don't know why, given how I like it so little.

Me too, I love it! I literally did used to listen to it for hours. Think my parents must still have the record. Not that I have a record player now anyway!
