It's hard to know where one ends and the other begins but i'm certain i'm haunted by them all.
They are regular and unwanted companions.

yea mine comes from people I know saying good words, and then walk into the other room and start gossip...it happens all the time...

dopamine is a main cause of this....its related to fear and paranoia...antipsychotics reduce it and make it seem better. I read posts from the pasts about people taking Stelizine during extreme stressful and risk periods and it leveled them out.

Even right now there's someone that told me today they loved me, and I was doing good...and then I was in a room, and heard my name mentioned and heard the most worst comments i've heard about me...it hurt, and couldnt believe this person would do this....but you know gotta live with reality. Handling fear and paranoia is tough, but you can get it down by using rationality and logic.
