I feel all the physical symptoms of a panic attack, but I'm not particularily anxious mentally. LOL
Just took a propranolol.

I think my weird panic attack without the panic is coming back. Heart is beating too fast.
I guess I'm not getting any sleep tonight. LOL

Hi, Deneb.
I was wondering why you put LOL in your post. It must be rather disturbing to have your heart racing and to have the prospect of not getting any sleep. Even if you don't have the feelings of an anxiety attack.
I was wondering what you meant by the LOL, or how you're feeling, if you're not feeling anxious. Maybe I don't understand your situation.

I think I was thinking, hmmm...what if this isn't an anxiety attack? Maybe my heart is going haywire. Maybe I'm gonna die.
So I will just die and it's funny because maybe I don't care if I die.
