..ruining my relationship
..paranoid with people
..longing for escapism

I know there's a content person inside me somewhere a creative and talented person.

but there ain't no joy or interest in the life.

So all you depressed and anxious people what keeps you going?

and when i can't find them, i guess my son helps out too. and my family always provides a good laugh. mister bob's smiling face helps sometimes. chocolate's always a reason to get out of bed. the fact that i always tell my dr my insurance sucks and she writes out a script that costs 50 bucks a week to fill helps (yeah, she's gonna hear aobut that one). (hmmm, what else helps???) COFFEEE!!!!! my ipod, when it works, and smacking it when it doesn't. smacking mister kk around when i'm annoyed helps (and the fact that he lets me take my aggression out on him helps). the computer helps. pics as screensavers helps. pizza is always a life saver (hey, i gave anchovies a chance last night!! they aren't bad!!!). my crazy family (they remind me that i'm not nearly as crazy as i think!)...

and slinky dear, the fact that you're around helps!

((((((slinky))))))

have saved me many many times.

Hope you feel better soon.

**********so sorry.

Hmmm what keeps me going?

I guess if I'm feeling badly I don't WANT to keep going. But there are no options for me other than to keep going. My big goal when I'm feeling awful is to NOT feel awful! I hate feeling awful.

So I try what I can.

EFT & TAT are what I resort to.

I also sometimes use my left-hand (I'm right handed) & felt pens to 'let' my 'inner child' draw about how she feels.

Alternative-type stuff seems to work for me.

I am sending you supportive thoughts. Sorry you're feeling so horrible.

Please let us know how you're doing, okay?

luv, Kath

A sense of duty and obligation.

And the hope that it will be better someday.

And the memory that it has been different before.

Although the latter two are hard to come by sometimes.

I have recently begun to play endless games of "bubble" on my cell phone

I'm sorry you're feeling so badly, slinky.

It's a *very* simple game on my cell phone. You pop adjoining bubbles. It moves very slowly and doesn't require any brainpower, but still requires a certain amount of attention. I use it to blank out really.
