I'm off to the other side of the world to where I *most* want to go (Bolivia!).
Where I'm going is north of me and north then south of you.
East of you, but also west (of course).
West of me, but only just.
And not Lake Baykal or Harbin either....no ice cathedrals or frozen lakes for me (:

Makes me think of a game we used to play as kids: "My Aunt went to New York & in her suitcase she took....."
- You go around the circle & each person adds something that their Aunt took - the funnier the better. Each person has to list all the things that their Aunt previously packed, so it can get pretty funny....I am sick, so haven't the brain to think up funny stuff.
"My Aunt went to New York & in her suitcase she took some frayed bluejeans, an orphaned elephant, 3 pale yellow hairclips, a tube of shocking pink lipstick, yesterday's crumpled newspaper, a half-eaten bag of Cheezies...." etc.
So anyhow, are you really going somewhere?

Borneo, New Guinea and Malaysia are not the correct destination.
Clue: South of Sakhalin, East of the Tian Shan Mountains.

Well, you got me there. My world map doesn't show mountain ranges. Sakhalin is supposed to be somewhere in or near Russia from what I searched on the web, and the Tian Shan mountains in central Asia. So, kind of south and east - two more guesses and I leave it to someone else to pin it!

I'm rather occupied today & don't know HOW things will turn out, but when things calm down I'm interested in playing agian. Funny - hubby & I were thinking Japan maybe, but thought that wasn't tricky enough!! LOL

I've actually been there a few times & would go again in a snap if it wasn't so "bespensive" as one of my kids used to say.
It's Southeast of me (I'm N of Toronto).
And it's warm..that's all you're getting for a hint yet. I'll give more if nec. Oh - it's warm year-round.

Boy. You know how to make someone work! lol. I gave it a looksie. In that southeast vicinity, I came up with St. Lucia, St. Kittis and St. Vincent, linked up and kind of making a point my guess is: Barbados?

Really specifically, it's Bottom Bay in Barbados.
It's a lovely beach. You park at the top & walk down curving rock steps to this amazing idyllic beach with the tallest palm trees you can imagine.
Much to my husband's & my surprise, there were various young, nice-bodied women naked on this beach!!! Even cavorting in the water (up to their ankles, so as not to hide any of their charms). We joked that it's not named 'Bottom' Bay for no reason!!

I've seen topless beaches but not completely naked beaches. Mmmm, that sand and water and sunshine look sooo peaceful and relaxing. I can see why you love the place.
