Hey dude!!! Ol' krafty KD, the Kev-man!!
My life is fantastic!! So much has happened since my divorce. I have broken down all my walls; pushed through all the barriers keeping me from having a good life. I am thriving *see post on 2000 to Phil). I went back to school full time in 2004 but in january of 2006, I decided it wasn't really a good program for me so I left before I finished. Well, I spent a few months wondering what I was going to do and then got myself a full time job...the first full time job I've ever had in my life! I never thought I could handle a full time job but after spending about 18 hours a day working my butt off for school assignments and studying, not to mention public speaking and presentations to professionals, I figured I'd give it a try. Well, school pretty much cured me of my anxiety problems but I still had my low-grade bipolar disorder nagging at me. So, about a month after I started my new job, my family doctor got free samples of Cipralex and decided to give me some to try. Well, it was fantastic but I still kept having short-term mania (mostly homicidal anger) and she added depakote. Well, since then, I've been the old Tina. The Tina I've been missing since highschool. The zany, brave, funny, upbeat, cheerful, open, generous, outgoing ME!! I have been camping in PEI, drove to a race in Pocono, PA, I've been on a week long road trip to Daytona to see the Daytona 500, I take a bus to work every single day, and I haven't had anything close to a panic attack in 2 years!!! And, my bipolar is completely under control. I have confidence up the wazoo! Life is good baby!!

I hope life is good for you too.

God it's great to hear that things are going so well for you!! You do sound waaay better than you did back in the days of ASH. I think about you and some of the other ashites from time to time. It's really nice to hear from you!! Me? Divorced, two great kids, same job (17 years now) doin' a lot more music stuff then when I was married. Bought a new house about a year ago. I had been living in an apatrment after the big divorce and knew it was time to buy another house after feeling the need to go around my apartment and recaulk the tubs and showers. Still hanging out with inappropriately (but not illegally) younger women. I think they feel sorry for me ;) I've been pretty much med free for a coupla years (save the occassional benzo of course). Doing the diet, exercise, vitamins thingy. I quit smoking (sort of) and drinking (kinda) I guess I'm about as happy as I'll ever be. Once again, it's really terrific to hear you sounding so positive. Continued happiness!!

Peace
