i've just finished 8 months of getting a neighbor charged with and convicted of cruelty, abuse and dog fighting with pitbulls. to say that i'm at rock bottom is an understatement.
i testified two hours on Wednesday in court and then he cross examined me.......
he lost all of the dogs and is now out to get me.
i know this isn't very social, but i couldn't figure out where to put it..i need positive vibes and "protection".....i have police with me 24/7 for two weeks and that will be renewed if necessary. i'm having a really hard time sleeping, relaxing, eating. i've lost 14 lbs.
two dogs weren't adoptable, one went back to his original owner and one was adopted out. the children are abused and we're on that also. their lease is up next month. pray hard.

i'm sending you warm, calming, positive thoughts. you're very brave for what you did, like a superhero! i'm sure it's scary right now, but things will calm down. you did the right things, for those animals and the kids. i bet more people wish you were their neighbor growign up (i know i wish you were my neighbor when i was growing up!!)

I think what you did was wonderful. Too often people stay quiet in fear, and the innocent suffer.
I don't suppose there's any chance of moving?

i'm sure that they will move when i show our landlord the court order documents.......:-) it's just waiting for them to get AWAY from me..........

the three year old repeated what her mother calls me. lye soap was needed when she finished. really, really sad that the family is so dysfunctional......i just want them GONE.....

thank you......it's really wearing on me. i get a copy of the court order tomorrow and i'm going to show it to our landlord. i talked to the judge today. thanks, again......pat

You have done something that probably MOSTTTTT
people wouldn't have the - well - shall we say guts, to do!!I am so sorry that it's causing such stress & anxiety for now.
As I said, your security is the MOST important thing right now. Obviously the police view this as a serious situation, so once again, please accept whatever aid is available.
Please keep us up to date on how you are & what is happening (if you like).
