I feel too visible here. There don't seem to be many "safe cocoons" for me to inhabit... wrong word.... while I try to recover. I feel invisible. I feel both too visible and invisible (simultaneously?)
I'm not sure if there is a naughty mat big enough or small enough for me.

i'm really curious about why you feel that you need a naughty mat? have you been watching the SuperNanny show? what have you done to be on the mat?

Thanks everyone for your replies. Like I stated elsewhere on here, I don't have time at the moment to fully participate here. And I feel guilty if I post about me but don't support others.
As for the naughty mat, at least a part of me has felt that I belong on a naughty mat since early childhood.
