Hi there. I got interupted and didn't finish it. Actually I was a little afraid to, I keep getting emotionally overwrought about movies and crying uncontrollably - especially movies with little kids that bad things happen to. But I will finish it - probably tomorrow. I'm too tired tonight. That little girl is so freakin cute!

I really haven't watched very much anime. But I rented "Spirited Away" on a whim and loved it, so I decided to try some more. I rented "Kiki's Delivery Service" with GOTF, it was really cute - Phil Hartmen's last acting job I believe. I also have on my Netflix: "Princess Mononoke", "Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind", "Castle in the Sky", "My Neighbor Totoro", "Porco Rosso", and "Cowboy Bebop: The Movie". When I find a book I like I usually try all the rest of the authors books, I guess I'm doing the same thing now but with anime movies.

I also love Japanese horror movies. I saw the Japanese versions of "The Ring" "The Grudge" and "Dark Waters" before the American versions came out. I've found that the Japanese versions leave more to the imagination while the American versions tend to feel a need to over-explain things. I always find the Japanese versions scarier.

Me, too. We did the same thing and watched these same movies. We've the opinion that the subtlty of the Japanese films make them more enjoyable than the American ones.

Well I finished it. It was awesome, but I'm glad I didn't watch it all in one sitting. I think I needed that break to be able to take the ending. Whew! So sad! I'm switching back to horror movies for my next two Netflix pics.
