Wanted to introduce myself. I'm a long time reader, first time poster.
My reason for being here is that I've battled depression most of my life and this has been a great place to get ideas for which to help my doctor help my condition. I've been on almost every anti-d dr's can prescribe in australia, and some self prescribed street type fixes(not good).
My condition has been redescribed many times but I'm currently bipolar 2, with enhanced depressive characteristics. Currently precribed parnate, epilem and diazepam.
anyway, thanks all for your previous help and i hope i can contribute and ask questions from here on in!

Nice to meet you Stimpen,
sorry to hear that your mental illness has been such a struggle. I'm glad you decided to jump in and join us posters.I like posting. It gives me something to do besides listen to the clock tick. Sometimes I learn something cool that I can use to help me or a friend. Othertimes, I just enjoy the sense of helping people with problems that I don't have (yet) or sharing problems that I do have (still). It's nice not to feel alone in this world.
Or I just get silly.
