I know you're having a hard time right now, and I just want to let you know how awesome you really are.

Go for walk. Well noow that it's dark out (and rainy?) maybe not. Go swing on the swings (one of my favs), go swimming. JUST GET OUT OF THE HOUSE. The house is the worst place for me when I'm feeling blah. I know it's hard to get out and make yourself do stuff, but sometimes you just gotta. Even if you just go down to the food court at the mall, it's better than nothing. Give your puppy a squeeze for me.

Thanks sweetie I will. There was horrible yelping from the poodle and baby outside. Greg took them to the bathroom they were playing and the poodle twisted his leg. I think he's alright. Love Phillipa

I hope you feel better soon. (((((((Philipa))))))

For me, distraction sometimes works. Keep yourself busy with fun things so you don't think dark thoughts.

I've called distress centres before and they tell me to go exercise.

Wow, I didn't you were going through such terrible things.

You always come off as very supportive, sort of like a "pillar" of babble (that's how always I thought of you) helping keep everyone healthy. I truly find that incredible how you keep such an attitude under bad weather. You're really really amazing.

Hi Phillipa, how are you today?

I hope you are feeling a little better.

I find that getting out of the house helps a lot. I just go window shopping, or to the bookstore or something dumb like that. Take a newspaper to a cafe and drink something (even Tea! or cocoa, or mineral water!) or eat a piece of pie at the diner.

Maybe you decorate your place for halloween? have you thought about your costume, or bought little candies for the kids yet (buy something you DON't like, otherwise you might eat it all before the 31st)

What about some yardwork? I bet there are some plants that are looking kinda icky this time of year. Chop them down. Get physical! Then when you are done, you can go to the Home Despot and buy some pretty yellow and gold and burgundy mums to brighten your view from whereever you spend the most time. (I spend a lot of time at the computer desk, so my plants and pretties are all oriented towards my view)

Time to buy a new outfit, or get a manicure?

love,
Li
