I can't block myself from that site because i know the password. I'm going to make up a password I won't remember, but I need someone to keep it safe for me for the future if I need to change my settings.

I can't resist going back to that site and everytime I do I just end up wanting to kill myself.

Right now I don't know if I'm going to class tomorrow or buying a rope tomorrow.

I just want to feel cared right now. I don't really want any advice. Some of it is making me feel worse, even though I know that wasn't the intention.

Who will keep my password safe?

That sounds like a really good idea.

> I need someone to keep it safe for me for the future if I need to change my settings.

Why will you need to change your settings if you aren't going to be posting there again?

> I can't resist going back to that site and everytime I do I just end up wanting to kill myself.

Do you tend to go to that site when you are feeling distressed / irritable?

This too will pass and then you will feel better. You have been doing pretty well lately :-)

I think that before you change your password you should post that you are okay and that you aren't going to kill yourself.

I know that you feel like people there don't care about you...

But I'm sure that while a few people from there might be feeling upset there are others who aren't feeling upset with you. They might feel upset if they think you are going to kill yourself. They might feel scared about if they don't call the cops then you might kill yourself.

If you are feeling really very bad... Can you phone your p-doc and try and get in to see her? Can you talk to her about what happened?

I figure you were probably pretty tired and I know when I feel tired I feel cranky and it doesn't take much before I end up spinning out...

But it would be worth exploring why you go over there...

At some point.

But first... I really think you should let people know that you are alive and that you don't need them to call the cops.

When content advisor is enabled it oftentimes blocks sites without ratings, and most of these sites are fairly innocuous.

I think I go back expecting people will suddenly be supportive towards me.

Yeah, until now. Can't blame it on not talking meds this time.

>

I don't think that would be a good idea. The people there would really like to see me disappear.

I never said outright that I was going to kill myself. I said I was "thinking" about it, which is different. The people who cared enough to tell me to call 911 did their part and I'm sure they want to see me disappear now.

>

Yes, I will tell her what happened, but I'm not sure it will help me.

I don't think anyone there really thinks I'm going to kill myself. It doesn't seem to me like anyone here thinks I'm capable, so why should they? Most think I'm a troll anyways. Those who do probably don't care if I die.

I'm feeling better now. I'm going to class tomorrow. I blocked myself from that site.

I'm getting sleepy now. I think melatonin is helping reset my circadian rhythm.

All you did was help me, how could it have been your fault? It's no one's fault but mine. I think I'm just feeling sorry for myself and falling into bad habits again.

Ugh, I feel terrible after staying in bed until 5 PM. I have this irresistible urge to visit that Usenet newsgroup again. Good thing I don't know the password to unblock that site for me.

I really need to study. I have an exam on the 30th.

I want to come to Babble whenever I'm upset and get lots and lots of virtual hugs.

Would it be a horrible thing if I called the distress centre even though I'm not suicidal right now?

I want to talk to someone about being called a troll and skipping class. I don't feel good. I need some motivation again. I want someone to convince me that there's hope in my future.

Anyone willing to talk to me in chat? Sorry if I ask too much.

Deneb, I can certainly relate to how STINKY it is being called...... things that you are not.

And, I used to skip classes and got my degree. I am sure you will too.

I am not able to chat today. (Hope you find someone to chat with, I never know when people are around here). I don't think it would be bad or horrible at all to call the distress centre, although I am no "expert". Please keep yourself safe,

Yes, I've been taking my meds. I'm pretty sure most of my moods have nothing at all to do with whether or not I'm taking meds. I didn't take my Wellbutrin today though because I was too depressed and stayed in bed until 5 PM.

I need to think and behave myself out of this, but I sure do wish there was a happy pill out there for me.

Quite often there can be a range of things that impact quite significantly on mood.

- taking meds
- getting adequate sleep
- having enough to eat
etc etc

Sometimes an alteration in one of those can throw things out considerably.

There is some stuff available online about sleep hygene.

Sounds to me like your sleep schedule got significantly out of wack.

Maybe... Take it easy for the next week or so?

Do you know how many hours sleep you need (round about?)

I wish there was a happy pill too...
Unfortunately...

It is more about learning how to manage different bits of your life

Figuring out how different things impact on your mood and stuff like that.

maybe it depends on where they live:

http://www.getaboutoz.com/driving.htm

weather has been great for me. i'd call this summer weather because i'm used to a great deal more wind and rain during spring. it is fairly windy today but i think temperature wise it is up on yesterday. it will be too hot before we know it...

I just found this. You can change the country to get comparisons round the world. You can change what you are looking at too (It should be on heat hopefully but you can change it to wind chill and the like). It has NZ on it too (bottom right of the Aussie map)

The part at the top in red is the hottest right. But Melbourne and Sydney are on the bottom right? Where are you on the map in the red or orange? And yes I saw NZ. Love Phillipa ps what's at the top of Australia I thought that was all backwoods.

I'm in NSW (New South Wales)

The top bits would be Darwin (the pointy bit in the middle)

http://www.travelnt.com/en/explore/darwin/region/darwin-city.htm

Not much of a population, that is true (around 100,000 in the biggest city) but I bet it is fairly beautiful...

And the great barrier reef (the pointy bit on the top right)

http://www.cultureandrecreation.gov.au/articles/greatbarrierreef/

(Better than opals, Dinah)

The country is the right way up (the way it usually appears on maps). North is up.

Deneb you don't have to go back to those jerks on usenet.

People here know you're a good and honest person.

Just don't hang out over there. There will always be people in life who will try to bring you down, just ignore them. Those people are below you.

The people here on Dr Bob are good people and everyone here cares about you, I know that for a fact.

Queensland is meant to be a nice place. I've never been there, though. My officemate back home wanted to live in Brisbane very much indeed. He said it was his favourite Aussie city. The weather / temperature is fairly similar to Florida, I think. Queensland is Australia's 'sunshine state'. They grow a lot of sugarcane and bananas. The hurricane or cyclone or whatever it was destroyed most of the bananas this year, however. Typically you get bananas down to 99c or $1.99 per kilo when they are in season. This year they were around $12-$15 in Australia because they were so scarce. Hard to get banana smoothies and the like at cafes too. They took them off the menu, basically.

Brisbane is a bit away from the beach though, I've heard. Gold coast is very built up tourist area. A strip of high rises along the beach. If you travel a bit further to the Sunshine coast that is meant to be nice. Though the tourists are finding out about there too so you should really drive a bit further... Depends on what you are after, I guess...
