Try to keep these people in perspective and know they have nothing to do with you or your self worth. Its easy to think of your current environment as a reflection of the whole world, but its not. Those people are just a little bity minute spec in the universe. They are also probably very unhappy and insecure. If you were in a different group of people, they would agree with you and think the others are idiotic. It helps me to think, all the babble people would HATE them!
That's what I've learned lately.
