But why have a poster when you could have art?

It's to hang in the upstairs bathroom behind the toilet.

My important thoughts on Walls

Isn't that picture from the first cover of Spin magazine back in 86?

I have one piece of my original art, a scholastic award winner by the way.

A Japanese junk action film poster, The Clash, Doctor Who, A painting by the mother of a friend representing her and my wife's dead fathers, several of my wife's father's originals.

Only three of my originals still exist. One is the one I have - a loose line charcoal drawing of a female friend in slumped repose, The one my parents have - a realistic portrait of me as represented by the levi jacket I wore everyday of my life for about 10 years. (my best friend's wife wears that jacket now, because it kept shrinking) and - In my best friends house, A self portrait of me done at 16 that he always remembered because we weren't friends yet, but mine was the only one hanging that he knew who it was. (I gave it to him as a wedding gift) He is a selling artist who collects his friends work, so that is not as pretentious as it sounds. I told him just don't hang it in the main room or the bathroom.

The self portrait still looks like me 21 years later, except I drew myself 40 pounds lighter and with too much hair. There is a real good paint program line drawing of me from about 6 years ago. If I can find it in the old computer, I will e-mail it to somebody. If I know how?

Ramble on,

James k

Yeah..
Not only do I have a talent for knowing when someone is posting under a different name, I have the rainman like ability to recall ancient
posts.

And it's all about as useful as being able to balance a boat on my head. :(

Yeah, at least it's a 'small step' up from leaving a dog in space to die.
I don't care WHAT that was in the name of. I could not do that.
