I am mad at my husband!!!!!!!
I watched "Indecent Proposal" today. It is about a man who offered someone one million dollars to sleep with his wife. I asked my husband if he would take such an offer and he said, "umm, a million dollars." I am now mad at him.
I told him that if he would take that offer, then I should just do it for free. I would never do that, but I was mad.The nerve of him. After 17 years of marraige. I know that I am not as pretty as I used to be now that I had his children and am now 35. I know that somebody out there finds me attractive. He thinks he is all that because he has time to go to the gym and I don't. I will leave him to see about the kids and I will go to the gym. I don't need him.
I know that I am just venting. I probably don't mean anything I am saying because when I not as mad, I will probably pray about the situation and then I will act rational.

What would your husband say about letting you go with a man for one night for one million dollars?

I'm stepping in a hornet's nest now, but if a million dollars is on the table, maybe he should go earn it. Like take a bullet for his wife.

A million dollars that's more than you'll spend in your lifetime. Think I'd let my husband do it. But of course half would be mine. And then I could go on that cruise. Love Phillipa ps don't let it worry you that's the men think money first

Ok. Now my husband said that he would not take the deal for any amount of money. He is sorry.
Should I make him suffer any longer?

Would you let your wife sleep with someone for a million dollars? Assume that the person does not have Aids or any other disease.

I finally gave up romance novels because my husband said they make me really bitchy--DUH! You'd think he'd go the next step and wonder WHY they make me so bitchy, but he's just not that smart! LOL!!!

Growing up in the way I did with the stuff that goes on my head, I feel that this question deserves an reflective answer.
First, a million dollars is quite a bit of money that would make my life a lot easier without a doubt. However, what could I do with that money other than spend it on material things? Money itself is nothing more than a tool to me, I neither lust after it nor has it ever gotten me anything in life that has can even come close to the very wonderful and spiritual thing that love is.
I would only get married with someone who loved me and that I loved, which means that the very idea that there could be a price tag on my love is ridiculous. Therefore, no way in heck that I would ever even think of such a thing. I have to much respect for myself, for my mate, AND true meaning of love.
