job interview tomorrow.............

Posted by sleepygirl on December 27, 2005, at 15:57:22

and I was just starting to enjoy unemployment. Sure, I had my holiday freakout/depression, but I'm pretty alright now.

Wow, that's a crazy thought. How can I get a job when I have all this laying around to do?! Truth be told I think I've grown accustomed to my hermit life here, so safe, so quiet, so much psychobabble :-), no expectations, no time schedule, no shoes :-).

I might not be working for a while, but then again I might go back to work. You know I always wanted time off when I was working. I worked since I was 12 or 14 years old, and this is the 2nd most time I've had off EVER since then.
I'm just getting into being off. Do I really want a job? No. not particularly, but I don't want to file bankruptcy either, hee, hee, that's not funny.

Hi Sleepygirl,

I don't know whether to wish you good luck or hope you don't get it so you can enjoy your leisure. So I wish you *whatever you decide you want wished upon you after the interview.*

hmm.

well then looks like a win win situation to me.

if you get the job yay you win 'cause you'll have an income...

and if you don't get the job yay you win 'cause you'll get some time to do what you want to do :-)

i'm currently enjoying the latter and i know how important that is sometimes. but yeah, makes things a bit tricky financially.

i hope the interview is pleasant (sometimes when you don't mind either way they can actually be fairly pleasant)

:-)

thinking about it now...
I think that a certain amount of stimulation for me is pretty destabilizing, and I tend to push myself over my limit. I find it hard to organize myself, and when there is a lot to do...well I just get lost. I guess a certain amount of activity is good, but I get burnt out. Less to focus on is a good thing I think.
I guess I'm trying to find a comfortable level.
Less is more. :-)

well hello there! I just got back from visiting the family.
The interview went pretty OK, and I have a good chance of getting that job, but the commute would be about an hour....so I am weighing my options (not that I have a lot of them)

It's a nice position, not absolutely WONDERFUL, but that's OK ;-)

Thanks for asking :-)

that sounds good. The commute sounds tough but managable.
