I just saw Dr. Bob's presentation in 2002 for the grand rounds thing to get an idea of how the small groups presentations might start.

To me, it was a little boring and simplistic. Sorry Dr. Bob. :-)I thought it was funny how Dr. Bob would go on little tangents sometimes. LOL I'm glad I saw this though, it made me see that Dr. Bob is a pretty regular guy. He's not so great. ;-) He made the mistake of using the word "nonsupportive", which isn't a word at all.

Sorry if the above quote made you feel bad.
I wrote them in good humour. Your presentation was a very good overview of online support groups. It did what it was supposed to. I thought you could go into more detail about how the information provided by posters is different (better or worse) from information provided in other sources, but that is just my opinion, which isn't worth much since I'm just a lowly undergrad.
