Posted by rjlockhart98 on September 3, 2005, at 4:19:35

I have been going through episodes where i feel very unbalanced, things are getting intense, and i am going to fall off.

You know what, know one cares about me. I dont know whats wrong with me, people hear dont know what the hell respond. Forget it.

I want to end it all. Relief.

Matt,
I agree with rainbowbrite, "normal" is a very wide range.

You know, this disaster is affecting all of us, and it may be that you are feeling worse right now because of what's going on, and the helplessness and worry many of us feel. And you are seeing the effects of it directly, as refugees come into your city. That brings it much closer to home (no pun intended) for you, and that must be scary.

Throw in your family difficulties and starting college, which can be very stressful, and you've got a lot on your plate. It's understandable you might be feeing down. You're not abnormal.

Can you let your pdoc know you are feeling so low?

Sweetheart, why do you say no one cares? Your life CAN be very different from where you come from. You ARE very much cared about. You are in a lot of pain. You will find your way, one moment at a time. But hold on, be GENTLE with yourself, talk with your doctor, stay safe.

Matt,

We do care. We really do. This is a hard time for the entire country, and beyond.

Please talk to someone IRL if you are feeling this bad. PLease do not harm yourself. I know it may be tempting - I've been there, but if you can just let one person in, let them help you. There is some relief out there, and it's found with other human beings, maybe only one. Even a *stranger* at a crisis line can bring some comfort.

Let us know how you are, okay? (((matt)))

Matt, remember that it is the disease making you feel this way. I dont even know you personally and I can see that you have a big heart. Remember, if you were not meant to be hear, you wouldnt. You would have been a miscarraige or something.

It's important to know you aren't alone.

I think all of us here go through times where we feel like you do.

I've had a really crummy week to Matt. And anytime I'm under intense stress, it triggers all sorts of "weirdness" for me; racing thoughts, fear, anxiety, depression, feeling hopeless,etc..

Some of our bodies are just wired that way. But we know we do have HOPE, because we can be assured that this life is not all there is. There is a much better place waiting for us after we have finished the work we've been called to here.

AND we must remember that we are always loved and cared for. You are always loved and cared for.

You aren't alone.

Matt, You are such a caring person. Give yourself credit. But starting school and your home situation plus the storm is overwhelming. Write me, Babble, or e-mail me anytime. Fondly, Phillipa

How are you doing today, Matt? (nm)
