Posted by Deneb on August 26, 2005, at 21:40:48

Is it disturbing to think that it might be fun to play around with a ______ and point it into my _____ or to my _____?

If I had a ___, I think I might do it just for kicks.

Is it a bad idea for me to buy a big bottle of aspirin? I don't know why the heck I like using aspirin to __ on, there are plenty or other much _______ things. I think it might be kind of exciting to have such a bottle around. What do people think?

Slow down there buddy..... temptation is getting the best of you; let alone the little demons. You need to step out of that character/situation for a moment. Your life, family, & friends is not worth a $4 bottle of asprin, nor a $2.50 bullet. You are not alone in what you are thinking. But what is consuming your thoughts right now, most likely is not the right ideas. You may feel seriously lost, depressed, lonely, or desperate; but, stop planning the end.... I'm sure that your thoughts are consuming your emotions right now, and that you feel that this may be your freedom or your way out of the agonizing pain... but it isn't. Take a moments break and think.... relax, breath, relax, breath, relax.... it is not worth it...... You are better than this; even though you may not feel this way now, in an hour, or maybe tomorrow morning; but know that you are. Your life is precious, and it does count. If you are having feelings that it doesn't, just know that it really does....

Allo Deneb,

I don't know how is your situation, but you seem very depressed and quite disturbed.

I feel that you should seek help as soon as possible. Don't let yourself be alone. May be it would be a good idea to call your psychiatrist. Because it seems obvious that the treatment isn't working. There is hope for you.

Good day!

No worries, you're welcome (nm) » ClearSkies

Please don't joke about death or suicide. The last time you were blocked it was for 1 week, so this time it's for 2.

If you or others have questions about this or about posting policies in general, or are interested in alternative ways of expressing yourself, please see the FAQ:

http://www.dr-bob.org/babble/faq.html#civil

Follow-ups regarding these issues should be redirected to Psycho-Babble Administration. They, as well as replies to the above post, should of course themselves be civil.

Thanks,

Bob
