I had to work 8 hours and I assume I'm not going to be paid for it because the training is actually for my uncle (who is going to buy into a franchaise and needs to learn the rules of the franchaise). My uncle asked me to help him out and I had to...cuz we are family. My uncle paid to get trained. The restaurant is still under construction (I "trained" at another place). It's supposed to open in the middle of June. I'm not looking forward to it. :-(

...It is both hectic and mind numbingly boring at the same time...

My last job conducting over-the-phone opinion surveys was also and maybe even more boring...thank goodness I had astronomy to discover.

My brain is going to turn to mush without adequate stimulation...I feel myself getting dumber by the second. Knowledge is seeping away. :-( I'm never going to do research at this rate...I'm going to end up in a dead end job...I will never be self-actualized.
