I made Pad Thai noodles last night and I had to buy like a pound of bean sprouts just to get 2 C. Now I have a bunch left over. I hate to see them spoil. Anyone have creative ideas about what to do with them?

I bet they'd be a nice addition to the compost heap. Let the worms have 'em!

You guys don't know what you are taking about. bean sprouts are the most respected veggie there is. They also do not like being divided by too many of the rest of the grassy threads. They need respect But also....they taste good too, in saldas and sandwichs

Well...I'm ashamed to say they're still in the fridge. I caught a nasty virus this week and I haven't been cooking. I don't know if I will get to them now before they rot. :-(
