Why is there SO much animosity on here these days?

Posted by tootercat on February 4, 2005, at 15:34:38

We really need to have an anger board I guess. There has been so much latent and not so subtle anger happening around here lately......I for one am not against voicing it but it is being channeled in some really inappropriate ways.....
A part of depression is being angry, sometimes for good reason and sometimes for no legitimate reason....some are using others as human punching bags and that is dangerous. I am getting drained by all of the negativity. Granted I don't have to read the threads that are filled with all the volatility but somewhere in there are some people crying out and are being stomped on...sometimes by others who are crying out for help but in an inappropriate manner. Then there are some who just like to be "disturbers" and those are the ones that need to be sent on a "time out". I may need to take a break myself because I find that I am becoming somewhat of an ambulance chaser....and I am beginning to judge people I don't even know....NOT a healthy place to be...guess I have my own issues right now huh?

Love and Strength,
tooter (Pam)

I think I'm going to be taking a break from this board too..

I took a rest for quite some time (like 8 months) but it doesn't seem to be the place that was as supportive and happy as before. There are broken eggshells and my feet hurt.
