I think I am about 16 or 18 hours ahead.
So if it is 1am Friday where you are it is about 5pm Friday for me.
If you are 12pm Friday (lunch time) then I am 4am Saturday.
So a bit less than a day ahead cause a day would be 24 hours. But sometimes we are writing in different days it is true. I was wishing you guys a merry christmas and people were telling me it was new years eve afternoon.

And there we go. We are about 2 hours ahead of Australia. Bit more or less depending on different places in Australia and we have different daylight savings start and end dates I think.

No, we are FIRST IN THE WORLD he he.
Good tourist attraction of people coming to Gisborne to be the first in the world to see in the new milleneum (that doens't look right). But you get what I mean.
There is an island somewhere that sees it in a bit earlier but they couldn't support the tourism...
