I feel like I need to sit in one of those cushions with a hole in the middle. My cheeks (the larger cheeks) are sore and achy. I have been battling to sit all day. As soon as I stand, my toes go red and swell up. No win. Sigh
I have been a classic ants-in-the-pants, Jack-in-a-Box today and have crossed and uncrossed my legs so many times trying to get comfortable that I have confused them.
Wonder what my rear is trying to tell me.

I suppose if you lie flat on the floor people at work might start talking, but it would feel better. Except for being able to reach the keyboard.pc

are you saying you have piles?
few things are worse.
wash a lot, use an over the counter ointment, drink lots of water and eat lots of vegetables.
if you aren't saying you have piles, could it be you need some exercise?

dear jack-in-the-box, :-)
maybe it is a circulation problem? (didn't read other responses yet..hope no one else said that already.) that might explain your rear aching and your red and swollen toes. maybe you're taking meds or something that might inhibit circulation.
i truly hope you're doing okay. :)
