I'm going to give this a try.

1. A nice, warm, sunny day in mid-November in
Canada (like today).
2. A long walk.
3. Family and friends who love me "just the way
I am", in the good times and the bad times.
4. Music that reminds me of good times and helps me cope with the bad times.
5. A good book that makes me think.
6. A good book that lets me escape.
7. The dinner table scene from the Nutty
Professor, which can always make me laugh even when I feel like crap.
8. Realising that perhaps happiness is NOT just an illusion, but can be illusive at times.
9. My dog and her unconditional love.
10. Dreams that can become a reality if I believe
in myself enough.

All I have now is 10 cups of tears.

Oh no, and I thought it would get easier.

Think my plants will survive if I save the tears to water them with?

Sabrina your number nine in the list was awesome and I'm really sad that I'll never have that anymore.
Cry your ten cups of tears and then get your lovely husband to wrap his warm arms around you. Yum. I'm so sorry about your Dad, I'm sure he's soaring.

I hardly ever know what to say to you. I've always been good at helping others, but never myself.

Your posts sound such a familiar note to me that I get stymied trying to compose a response for you. Our stories are a bit different, but the way you express yourself FEELS just like me and I've never been able to help me.

Your list was wonderful/ insightful/ empowering. That's the one thing that separates us in my mind-you are so incredibly strong that I am in awe of you.

humbly yours,
sunny10

Good grief Sunny, you have me crying.

What a compliment. Oh wow, now I don't know what to say. And I will NOT say I don't deserve it.

Thank you. Thank you so much.
