Today's 10 - Good and Bad

Okay, I have ten of each.
Which ones do you want first?
Bad first you say?...okay, here goes.

1. I've been staying away from my husband to think. He's becoming needy and desparate again. Calling me at work to ask me how the stupid vacume cleaner works.

2. Ate two pieces of greasy pizza for lunch, feel like throwing up, but am sure it will be taken care of through the 'ol spastic colon.

3. I again have a headache. What is causing it? We are talking everyday for the past two weeks.

4. My house is a mess and I couldn't get out of there fast enough this morning.

5. Admin board makes me feel like a sexual deviant.

6. I haven't gotten much done at work today, and even though that made me feel good Friday, today, it makes me feel like crappola today.

7. No make-up today, redness is bright.

8. My cluster zits are back on my chin. And due to the skin layer removing experience I just went through, everything on my chin is bleading. GROSS!!!!!!

9. Bad Hair Day........Revisited!

And the final top ten bad thing for me to list today is????????

10. I receieved a PBC for asking someone if they had a sense of humor, even though noone has ever received a PBC for what they have said to me and I was offended a time or too.........although I can take it.......I really can (I say to myself in the mirror as I examine the monstrous red thing growing on my chin.)

AND NOW........THE GOOD TOP TEN.

Do I really have to?
Okay okay okay.

1. I am talking to myself and it is not alarming to me.

2. I received not one but two babblemails this morning as I arrived at work. Got a warm fuzzy from that. or should I say a "warm glow" as was so recently stated regarding me.

3. I can laugh today, in fact laughed this weekend for the first time in a long time. (See there is a reason for him afterall - and I am not talking about my husband)

4. I still enjoy coming here, even though I am the subject of someone else's fight.

5. People have responded to me in a positive way here and I feel good about that.

Thank you Miss Honeychurch - no matter how many times I post, you always post back in a friendly but Motherly way, I like that.

Thank you Jay, someone else has a sense of humor regarding that wicked sick thing called sex that is so offensive to others.

Thank you Bobby for your sense of humor as well - please banter politics with me again in the future.

Thank you to all the rest of you who have responded to me, and I am sorry I can't remember everyone elses names, but I do appreciate the warm welcome I have received here. (Does this sound like and acceptance speech - well it is of sorts, isn't it)

Now, what number was I on.......scroll up baby girl.....okay okay

6. It is not raining today.

7. I have not had a panic attack since last night.

8. I actually slept for 8 hours last night.

9. I'm thinking about not drinking tonight.

and......the final top ten thing I feel good about today.

10. I'm not alone in my quest for happyness and other can relate to my need for acceptance. I will not allow others judgements of me to make me feel inferior. I will strive to work on myself, liking myself, wanting time for myself and I will not consider it selfish.

So there.............(sticking my tongue out at the computer screen, switching babble off and getting my lazy bum in gear for work - even though I have wasted half the day, I am really going to crack down now.)

1. I will try to get some work done today.
2. I will try not to chew the inside of my lip which is already raw.
3. I will try to be more patient with my son.
4. I will try to spend less time on babble (is this a good thing?).
5. I will try not think about smoking.
6. I will try not feel jealous that husband is going away alone this weekend.
7. I will try do even more exercise.
8. I will try to drink more water.
9. I will try help others.
10. I will try to think of more things to try about.

Whew, this made me think a bit.
