Anyone Reading?

Posted by Susan J on December 22, 2003, at 12:08:04

Just wondering if anyone's around. I'm lonely and bummed....

Hi! Nothing's up. Just feeling down and lonely...no particular reason other than life.
And I know these boards are slow during the day, but nothing seems to be going on...

How're you?

Susan

(((SUSAN))) (((Wildflower)))

I'm a little bit bummed, not as bad as I was yesterday.

"No reason other than life"

Yeah, thats all it takes, I remember my boyfriend
saying tiredly once
"Life just keeps happening to you whether you like it or not"

I thought of a few things that are good..

Little keychain frogs that are really, tiny flashlights

e-hugs

the little dance dogs do when they are so excited to see you but they know they aren't supposed to jump up.

When babies say "uh oh"

Espresso served by gruff Italian men that is like liquid cocaine

quiet

I think most people access PB from their work PCs and with the holidays coming, most babblers are off.

Things here are a struggle. I really hate being alone for the holidays.

Yup. So ture. OK, meant to type *true.* That is how my day is going....

I was going to add to the list, although I can't really think of anything right now, except maybe that I taught my nephew where Middle C is on the piano, and he actually remembers! :-)

Take care, all, thanks for listening.

LOL! Actually, when I look at the main Social page, your post is there twice, but when I look at the thread, it's only there once. Who knows what's going on, but since it's the reason you chose your name, I got a good laugh out of it....

Thanks for the offer. I'm at that point now where I'm exhausted by being sad/anxious/whatever. And to rehash my weekend would by a monumental task. :-) But thanks for the support. It's nice knowing people listen...

Always listening, I know how it all goes, I know the type of days you are having. If you feel like blowing off steam- do it. It feels darn good afterwards :)

This made me laugh..

I saw a sign in a store once that said
"I'm here for eight hours a day do you expect me to work too ?!"
