Hey there.
I hope that you are feeling better since you posted. Feeling awfull makes days go by so slowly. Do you have some ways that help you calm down? Maybe listening to music, taking a relaxing bath or shower, taking a safe walk, doing a craft?
Please let us know what is going on. If you want help, or more ideas, just let me know.

Im still feeling pretty ill from the med.
I was so bad i had to crash Im sorry if i alarmed everyone. I was pretty scared I wasnt sure my response was normal and juis thought some feed back would be good. .
When I woke up I knw i had to let you all know Im okay now.
The long story is on the med board . Thanks so much. I know everyones thoughts were watching over me while I slep the past couple of hours
